We currently only ship to the USA. However we have plans to expand to Canada and the UK within the next 18 months.
Yes, we do offer samples, however the prices vary and can be quite expensive in certain situations. Please email us directly for any sample questions you might have.
Yes and No, Depending on your location we can set up an in person meeting by appointment only. Please email us directly to see if your area allows for an in person meeting.
Yes. We do offer art services that start at $50 per hour for complete reworks and $30 for minor changes. Please contact us directly to see if your art qualifies.
Yes. But to be safe please contact us directly to check that your date can be made.
Unfortunately we cannot use your merchandise. This is due to certain quality control issues as well as safety and liability concerns, please contact us if you have a specific garment you like and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, but they are reserved for clients who have at least 5 orders in our system and are in good standing. This is also pending a potential credit check in certain cases. And, in almost all cases a deposit is required.
